Italians are renowned for their passionate love of food. And in the late 19th century, Antonio Bertazzoni and his father Francesco set out to build an oven that would embody that love. So it was only fitting when the judges of the Florence Exhibition pronounced their love for the range, awarding it the Grand Cup of Honor and Gold Medal. Many would argue that it was, in fact, the perfect oven. But perfection was only the starting point, and Antonio's descendants have been refining his creation ever since, with their Professional Series Gas Ranges.
In addition to the Professional Series, the Bertazzoni's have launched the Modular Series, which represents the latest thinking in interior architecture. It redefines the kitchen as an environment of individually arranged modules, blending appliances and furniture into a highly functional design statement.
